James and Alanna served as Youth and Associate Pastors for over 15 years in Sydney and San Diego before they felt the distinct calling from God to move back to Australia and start a church in 2013. Today, James and Alanna have four beautiful children. James is a visionary leaders and gifted communicator with a fire for seeing the raising up of disciples following the way of Jesus in Sydney within a multi-generational and loving community. 

Andy and Irina met in San Diego where Andy had moved to help start a church in 2005. Having served as a Youth Pastor in Sydney and Worship Pastor in San Diego for over 15 years, Andy and Irina moved back to Sydney in late 2019 which has led them to this current adventure. Leading the Abide City location, the Bennetts are wholeheartedly invested in seeing people of all ages learn about the hope of the Cross and the message of Jesus.

George and Tania have been serving faithfully for more than 30 years and pastors for more than 20 years. They showed up at James's house in 2013 for the first ever Shire church meeting and have been a part of our Shire location ever since! They have three children and three beautiful grandchildren, and yet continue to welcome everyone they meet into their family, deeply passionate about showing God's love and hospitality to His people.
